This training course, hosted by Tower Hamlets Co-operative Development Agency, is designed to improve participation in and the facilitation of effective meetings and decision-making within co-operatives. The seminar covers roles in meetings; basic facilitation techniques for idea generation; and decision-making tools with an emphasis on reaching consensus.
I got so much from these (co-op skills) events. They were really well thought through and delivered, focused on the issues people faced as worker co-operators and giving practical tools to help them and their co-ops. What was really good was how agile they were, with content tailored on the day to reflect what people in the room wanted to explore, not what the presenter had thought we might want to explore. Recommended!
