Improve your co-operative business performance
The ‘accountability and delegation without a boss’ training session is one element of Co-operatives UK’s co-op skills training programme, which is designed to give workers the practical and inter-personal skills needed to run a successful co-operative. The programme has been developed in partnership with our members and is delivered by professional trainers with years of training and co-operative experience: Rhizome, Cooperantics, Seedsforchange, Dynamix.
Building on last year’s successful program we are continuing the innovative approach of flexible pricing to reflect co-op principles of equity. The standard price for the professionally delivered, full day’s training is £75. Members who can afford to pay the supporter price of £100 will help struggling members attend at the hardship price of £50.
