Come and Get Involved
RUSS is a Community Land Trust. We have embarked on the mission of building sustainable and affordable housing in Lewisham for the benefit of the community. We are working towards acquiring a vacant site in Ladywell, Church Grove. We have developed plans for a mixed tenure scheme providing social and affordable housing for local people. We are aiming to maximise self-build labour and develop skills within the community through training and apprenticeships.
The purpose of this event is to discuss how best to select the eventual residents of this scheme.
We need an ‘Allocations Policy’.
We are committed to having a transparent, inclusive and democratic process in place.
If you are interested in getting involved and would like to know more come and join the discussions.
