Marketing Manager 28 hours a week £19,976 per annum
The role includes:
• Promoting existing business streams in innovative ways
• Developing new business streams and engaging new audiences
• Developing and maintaining relationships with press, media, new clients etc
• Engaging with the public / businesses / co-op organisations at conferences and events
• Being the first point of contact for new clients / new business
• Contributing to writing proposals and tender responses
• Managing the CTUK brand, including communications with press and media
• Managing the CTUK website
• Writing all copy – from social media channels and flyers to proposals, case studies and website
• Managing the video and photo library including taking and editing videos and photos and managing media consent
• Managing social media and online tools including Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey
• Monitor and evaluate marketing activities (including using Google Analytics) and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Liaising with suppliers including designers, web developer and printers
Person specification:
You have new business and marketing experience, including completing tenders
• You have experience of graphic design packages such as Photoshop, InDesign or similar packages
• You have excellent social media skills and experience
• You have good copywriting and presentation skills with an eye for detail
• You are passionate about cycling and cycling to work
• You understand our co-operative values and are interested to work in a workers’ co-operativeWorking days are flexible with an option to work one day from home. There will be some element of cycle training delivery – everyone in CTUK is a qualified National Standards Instructor. Full cycle training will be provided to the successful applicant if required.
